What You’ll Do

• Provide emergency nursing care in a fast-paced ER environment
• Assess patient condition and formulate care plans using the nursing process
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
• Contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized emergency department
• Follow all regulatory and safety standards to ensure quality patient care

What You Need
Required:

• Valid Louisiana RN license
• BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of emergency room experience
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or higher
• Experience with diverse patient populations and high-acuity cases
