What Youll Do
Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations
Assess patients conditions and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Document patient care activities accurately and timely
Use nursing process and clinical judgment to evaluate patient progress
Follow all safety, health, and legal standards and regulations in the ER
What You Need
Current RN license in Louisiana
BLS, CPI, ACLS, PALS certifications
Minimum 2 years of ER nursing experience
Strong organizational, communication, and clinical skills
Ability to work night shifts and adapt to fast-paced environment
