Overview:
Join a busy Emergency Department at a Level IV Trauma Center delivering high-quality care to a diverse patient population including trauma, cardiac, and neuro cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced ER setting
- Maintain safe nurse-to-patient ratios (1:3–1:4)
- Collaborate with providers and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Utilize EMR (Allscripts – Sunrise) and Omnicell medication system
Requirements:
- Active RN license
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience (ER preferred)
- Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC
Facility Highlights:
- 30 private ER rooms + 6-room observation unit
- 6 fast-track beds staffed with PA support
- 100 patients/day on average
- Strong support team (5 techs during peak hours)
