What Youll Do
Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care to patients in a busy ER setting
Assess patient conditions and develop appropriate care plans
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
Respond swiftly to changing patient conditions and emergencies
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations
What You Need Required:
Valid RN license in Florida
BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications
At least 2 years of emergency room nursing experience
Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
Preferred:
Additional clinical certifications in specialty areas
