What Youll Do
Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations
Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to protocols
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members
Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
What You Need
Required:
Valid RN license in Louisiana
BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications
2 or more years of ER or acute care nursing experience
Effective communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
Preferred:
Additional clinical certifications or specialization in emergency nursing
