What You’ll Do:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care utilizing the nursing process in an emergency setting
• Assess patient needs and implement effective teaching strategies for patients and families
• Communicate and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
• Use clinical data to evaluate and optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards
• Adapt care approaches to meet diverse patient populations
• Document patient interactions and care plans accurately

What You Need:

• Current RN license in Louisiana
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Minimum of 2 years RN experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, organizational, and judgment skills
