What You’ll Do:
Deliver coordinated nursing care in accordance with established standards and the nursing process
Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, and implement appropriate interventions
Collaborate with physicians, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support positive patient outcomes
Supervise and support assigned nursing staff while promoting safe, high-quality care
Educate patients and families while assisting with discharge planning and continuity of care
What You’ll Bring:
Active California RN license required
BLS/CPR certification required
ACLS and PALS certifications required
Acute care nursing experience preferred
Strong critical thinking, communication, and leadership abilities
