This role acts as the administrator on call and is responsible for the overall operation of assigned markets including the employment of qualified hospice staff and the delivery of high-quality services across multiple sites. The Executive Director Specialist RN will provide leadership and stability by filling in across markets ensuring consistent compliance quality and patient care standards.
