Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care across various departments as needed.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

• Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes to the team.

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation for compliance.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

• Educate patients and families on health management and care plans.

• Utilize data and metrics to improve patient care strategies.

Experience/Qualifications

• Current RN license and relevant certifications in nursing.

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

• Experience in diverse clinical settings, adaptable to various departments.

• Ability to monitor and report patient conditions accurately and timely.

• Proficiency in administering medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and patient education.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records and compliance documentation.

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple patient care responsibilities.

• Willingness to engage in quality improvement initiatives and performance evaluations.

• Ability to utilize data to enhance patient care strategies effectively.
