Registered Nurse - MedSurg Float Pool Night Shift PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center | Full-Time | 0.90 FTE Salary Range: $56.92-$86.09/hour plus $3.50/hour Resource Team differential and $7.75/hour night shift differential. Compensation is based on collective bargaining agreement.

What Youll Do

• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with professional standards and unit protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic patient care.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs.
• Document care accurately and timely.
• Delegate tasks appropriately based on team members competencies.
• Participate in quality improvement, safety, and infection prevention initiatives.
• Stay current through ongoing education and professional development.

What You Bring

• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Licensure: Active RN license in Washington or ability to obtain.
• Certifications: BLS required; ACLS and NIHSS required within 6 months of hire.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience required for consideration.
• Skills: Strong clinical judgment and adaptability; excellent communication and teamwork; familiarity with EPIC EHR.
• Commitment: To patient-centered care.
