Monmouth Rehab and Nursing is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team in a full-time, part-time, or PRN capacity at our skilled nursing facility.
Our nursing team plays a critical role in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care. We value strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and a compassionate approach to supporting our residents and their families.
Compensation:
$40.00 - $46.44/hour
The posted range reflects total potential earnings. Pay rate is based on experience and benefit selections.
Employees who opt out of certain benefits may be eligible for higher hourly pay.
What You'll Do:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the care team
- Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
What We're Looking For:
- Active State RN license
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- A team-oriented, compassionate approach to care
