Compensation: $37.00 - $43.50 per hour, depending on experience, plus an additional $2.75 per hour for night shifts.

Work Schedule: Full-time nights from 6 PM to 6 AM; 72 hours per pay period.

Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Colorado.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Experience in long-term care is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

The Registered Nurse will employ the nursing process to plan and deliver direct care to assigned residents. The nurse will oversee and implement shift routines within the designated nursing unit, while also supervising and evaluating the activities of staff as the designated leader, in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act. Responsibilities may include assuming “Building Charge” duties as directed by the Director of Nursing or their designee.

  • Provide leadership and guidance within the assigned unit.
  • Conduct resident care functions.
  • Manage charting, documentation, and assessment tasks.
  • Participate in various committees and meetings to enhance interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
