Compensation

Pay Range: $37.00 - $43.50 per hour, depending on experience, plus an additional $2.75 per hour for night shifts.

Schedule

Full-Time Nights: 6 PM - 6 AM; 72 hours per pay period.

What You Bring (Requirements)
  • Current Registered Nurse licensure in Colorado
  • Current CPR Certification
  • Experience in long-term care is preferred
Your Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will employ the nursing process to plan and deliver direct care to assigned residents. Responsibilities include:

  • Planning, directing, and executing shift routines within the designated nursing unit.
  • Observing, guiding, and assessing the activities of personnel as the designated leader in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act.
  • Assuming “Building Charge” duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing or their designee.
  • Providing leadership and direction within the assigned unit.
  • Performing resident care functions.
  • Managing charting, documentation, and assessment tasks.
  • Participating in various committees and meetings to enhance interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Completing additional duties as assigned.
