Moraga Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a Full-Time NOC shift.

Position Details

• Position: Registered Nurse (RN)
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Shift: NOC
• Pay:$45-$50 per hour, DOE

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, safe, and effective nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor residents' conditions and respond appropriately to changes
• Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation
• Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Supervise and support nursing staff as needed
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal regulations
• Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and quality of life

Qualifications

• Current and valid California Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Previous skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate, reliable, and resident-focused
