RN – Hemodialysis

Join our dynamic healthcare team as a skilled nursing professional specializing in chronic dialysis. In this role, you will provide safe and patient-centered dialysis care in collaboration with our medical team, adhering to both regulatory and facility-specific guidelines. Key responsibilities include initiating and monitoring dialysis treatments, performing essential access care, and administering medications as prescribed. You will actively contribute to patient and family education while maintaining a safe clinical environment. Your expertise with dialysis machinery, along with supporting equipment, will ensure patient safety and operational efficiency. Additionally, you'll play a pivotal role in staff development and maintain open lines of communication with all healthcare partners. A current RN license and knowledge of ESRD and hemodialysis procedures are required, as well as a commitment to continuous learning and team collaboration.
