Provides exceptional customer service while maintaining quality patient care in accordance to established policies, objectives and goals. Performs occupational health related functions for patients such as phlebotomy, immunizations, respiratory fit testing, and vision screening. Also responsible for providing patient care on occupational injuries, providing emergency medical assistance as needed, and providing requested preventative treatment for occupational health patients as needed. Performs other duties as assigned. Office hours are Monday-Friday.
Qualifications:Education:
Current Alabama RN license or a current RN multi-state license
Experience:
Previous Occupational Health experience preferred; previous nursing experience preferred.
Additional Skill/Abilities:
BLS required within 90 days of employment. Certifications in Breath Alcohol Testing, and Department of Transportation Drug Testing required within six-month provisional period. Ability and willingness to work with all patients. Knowledge of OSHA requirements preferred.
