    Overview:

    Shift: Days, for 80 hours per pay period. There is a holiday and weekend rotation with on-call.

    We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our homecare team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical proficiency, sound judgment, and a commitment to delivering patient-centered care within the home environment.     Responsibilities:
    • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans

    • Deliver skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and organizational standards

    • Monitor patient status, evaluate responses to treatment, and document all care accurately

    • Educate patients and families on disease management, medications, and home safety

    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care

    Qualifications:

    Education: 

    • Must have an Associates Degree in Nursing. (Must obtain BSN within 12 years of hire date)

    Certification/License: 

    • Active Iowa Registered Nurse licensure issued by the Iowa Board of Nursing
    • Within 1 year of hire, need to obtain RN licensure in the State of Wisconsin
    • Must have a valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance coverage
