Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Registered Nurse (Home Health) to join their growing team in Butler, PA. This role will be responsible for providing home health care to patients in the local area, ensuring high-quality care in the comfort of their homes.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive home health care to patients in their homes.
- Conduct patient assessments and develop personalized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Educate patients and families on disease management and care procedures.
- Document patient care accurately and promptly.
- Maintain flexibility in scheduling to meet patients' needs.
Top Skills Required:
- 1+ year of professional experience as an RN (Home Health experience preferred).
- Active RN License in the State of PA.
- Associate's Degree (or higher) in Nursing.
- BLS and CPR Certification (assistance provided if needed).
- Valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance.
What You Need to Know:
- Full-time | Monday - Friday.
- Flexible schedules with no long shifts and minimal weekend shifts.
- Comprehensive 6-week RN onboarding program.
- Travel Position with reimbursement provided.

- $15,000 Bonus paid out quarterly.
- This is a Pay-per-visit position.
Travel:
- Travel within a 45-minute to 1-hour radius of Butler, PA.
- Travel reimbursement provided.
- Fleet Vehicle Program available after 6 months of employment (includes gas and maintenance).
Hours:
- Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM.
- One on-call shift per week (5 PM - 10 PM) and one weekend per month.
- Flexible scheduling with monthly planning in advance.
