What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes

• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop care plans

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders

• Educate patients and families on disease management and comfort care

• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams (therapy, social work, physicians)

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Participate in on-call rotation as needed

What We’re Looking For

Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license (Required)
Home Health and/or Hospice experience preferred (will train strong candidates)
Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
Strong communication and organizational skills
Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
Ability to work independently in the field

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN available

• Day shift with flexible scheduling

• Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)
