RN - Home Health

Pride Health is hiring a Registered Nurse – Home Health for a 15-week contract assignment supporting a leading healthcare organization in Houghton, MI. 

Responsibilities Include:
- Provide skilled nursing care to home health patients, including assessments, care coordination, and management of individualized patient care plans.
- Perform skilled nursing visits including wound care, dressing changes, medication teaching, medication setup, and other patient care needs.
- Complete patient admissions, recertifications, and discharges while maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote safe and effective care in the home setting.

Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Home health or home care nursing experience required.
Experience with PICC lines and wound vacs preferred.

Important Details:
Assignment Length: 15-week contract
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Hours: 8-hour shifts / 40 hours per week
On-Call Requirement: Once monthly weekend rotation and 3 weekdays per month
Coverage Area: Houghton County, partial Keweenaw County, and partial Baraga County
Mileage Reimbursement: Yes, mileage reimbursed between patient visits
Pay Range: $53.00–$57.00/hour
