Registered Nurse (Home Health & Hospice) | Marysville, CA
Join a compassionate home health and hospice team delivering high-quality, personalized care directly in patients’ homes across the West Coast. We’re seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide coordinated, patient-centered care that promotes healing, comfort, and independence.
What You’ll Do:
Provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes following established care plans
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
Coordinate care with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Supervise and support assigned nursing staff and care team members
Complete accurate OASIS documentation and patient records
Educate patients and families on care plans and health management
What You’ll Bring:
Active RN license in applicable state(s) required
Bachelor’s in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required
Current BLS/CPR certification required
Valid driver’s license (21+ years of age) required
Home health or acute care experience preferred
