Registered Nurse (Home Health & Hospice) | Marysville, CA

Join a compassionate home health and hospice team delivering high-quality, personalized care directly in patients’ homes across the West Coast. We’re seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide coordinated, patient-centered care that promotes healing, comfort, and independence.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes following established care plans

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care

• Coordinate care with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams

• Supervise and support assigned nursing staff and care team members

• Complete accurate OASIS documentation and patient records

• Educate patients and families on care plans and health management

What You’ll Bring:

• Active RN license in applicable state(s) required

• Bachelor’s in Nursing (BSN) preferred

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required

• Current BLS/CPR certification required

• Valid driver’s license (21+ years of age) required

• Home health or acute care experience preferred
