About the Role:
Great Heroes Home Healthcare Agency is looking for a compassionate and skilled RN to join our dedicated home healthcare team in Miami, FL. Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and changes in condition
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Educate patients and family members on disease management, medications, and home safety
• Perform wound care, catheter care, and other skilled nursing procedures
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and agency home health regulations

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of Florida (required)
• Minimum 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience, home health experience preferred
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits
• Strong knowledge of skilled nursing procedures, wound care, and medication management
• Excellent communication, documentation, and time-management skills
• Compassionate, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a field setting
