RN Admissions Nurse - Winter Haven, FL

**This position is based in Lakeland, FL and requires daily travel to assigned areas. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.

Salary Range:
$82,000–$86,000 annually, plus bonus opportunities. Final compensation may vary based on experience and skills.

Required:
- Hospice or home health experience (REQUIRED)
- Current RN license in the state(s) where you will work
- Minimum 1 year of clinical RN experience in an acute healthcare setting
- Current CPR certification
Preferred:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable with daily travel between facilities
- Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) systems
