Location: Milwaukee Wisconsin 53213
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 8hr Day Shift (40)
Shift Information: M-F 0800-1630
Clinical Interviewing- Yes, Manager to review any offers

Will you accept a traveler with 1-year experience: 2 years of Hospice experience needed
Will you accept a first-time traveler: Yes, if they have Hospice and EPIC Remote Client experience
Patient Types: Adults only End of Life patients
Patient Ratios: 1:1
Required Certifications:
- BLS
- Valid DL and insurance
Skills required: End of lif e care/planning, wound assessments, care coordination, pain/symptom management, triage
Support on the Unit:
- RNs
- Resource Nurse
- Case Managers
Technology/Equipment:
- EMR: EPIC Remote Client experience preferred
- IV pumps: Sapphire
Floating: If yes, where: Anywhere within the counties
Orientation (how many shifts): Up to 1 week, based on comfort level
Scheduling:
- Weekend rotation: No weekends
- Call: No call
- Holiday Expectations: No holidays
- Approval of time off: Can we approve time off on your behalf, or would you like all requests sent to you: Manager to approve all RTO
- Shift times: M-F 0800-1630; (4) 10 hour shifts may also be available
