Certifications/Licenses: Mandatory Experience:- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Utah or compact state RN license.
- Minimum of 3 year of nursing experience, preferably in hospice, home health or palliative care.
- Strong clinical assessment skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Compassionate demeanor and ability to support patients and families during difficult times.
- Current BLS Certification
- On-Call 1-3 shifts per week, to include 3 weekends during the 13 week contract depending on staffing levels. Able to respond within 45 minutes to patient needs when on call.
- Able to work holiday
- Hospicesoft/careficient EMR experience preferred
