Atlantic Visiting Nurse is seeking a dedicated Hospice On-Call Registered Nurse to provide after-hours clinical support to hospice patients throughout our community. In this rewarding role, you''ll respond to urgent patient needs, provide expert symptom management, support families through end-of-life care, complete hospice admissions, and collaborate closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless, compassionate care around the clock.

Minimum Qualifications:
Current New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) License
Minimum three (3) years of nursing experience in:
Hospice
Palliative Care
Home Health
Acute Care or related clinical setting
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently while managing multiple patient priorities
Experience using an Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation
