Job Title: RN House Supervisor
Location: Castro Valley, CA
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift:Day 4x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30) and Night 4x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)
Description:
5 Years Experience
Hospital house supervisor overseeing bed control, operational needs, making sure staffing is correct and responding to codes/RRT.
Represents administration, directs facility operations, and supervises personnel in all departments when leadership/management staff is not present in the facility. Serves as administrative liaison to all hospital departments, agencies, and physicians and provides functional guidance to all units. Serves as a resources for decision-making concerning patient care services, non-clinical services, staffing and ensures that hospital policies and procedures are properly interpreted and applied.
Requirements:
CA RN License
BLS - AHA
ACLS - AHA - Preffered
EPIC
Shift will most likely be 2 day shifts and 12 night shift. Will not work 4 days in a row and will have a day off if rotating to night shift.
CALL and WEEKEND COVERAGE IS REQUIRED
Mandatory Skill:
5 Years RN Supervisor Experience
