RN - ICU

Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU (Contract)

Location: California 93301
Pay: $1,987 – $2,230/week
Schedule: Day Shift, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (12-hour shifts)
Hours: 36–48 hours per week

Position Summary & Responsibilities

• Provide direct, high-acuity ICU nursing care to critically ill patients using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation)

• Monitor, interpret, and respond to complex patient conditions and clinical data

• Administer medications and treatments per orders and protocols

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care

• Supervise, delegate, and support assigned nursing staff as needed

• Educate patients and families and support discharge planning and care transitions

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

• Acute care or ICU experience preferred

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice (Required)

• BLS/CPR certification (Required)

• ACLS certification (Required)

• Must comply with facility vaccination and health requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced critical care environment
