What You’ll Do

• Provide expert nursing care for intensive care patients in a fast-paced environment
• Assess patient conditions, prioritize needs, and coordinate treatments
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Utilize Epic documentation to ensure accurate and timely patient records
• Implement and adapt nursing interventions based on patient needs and responses
• Lead and collaborate with nursing staff to promote best practices and safety
• Educate patients and families about care plans and procedures

What You Need

• Required:
  • Current RN license in Louisiana
  • Minimum 2 years ICU experience
  • BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
  • CPI certification (12-month blue card) from Crisis Prevention Institute
  • Epic documentation proficiency
• Preferred:
  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing or higher
  • Additional clinical certifications in specialty areas
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
