What You’ll Do:

• Provide expert nursing care in the ICU for diverse patient populations
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Effectively communicate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Document patient care accurately in Epic and other systems
• Lead and manage nursing team resources, ensuring safe and effective care delivery
• Apply your clinical knowledge to adapt to the unique needs of each patient
• Promote a positive patient experience and high standards of safety and quality

What You Need:

• Valid RN license in Louisiana
• Minimum of 2 years ICU nursing experience
• BLS, ACLS, and CPI certification (current)
• Strong communication skills and judgement
• Proficiency with healthcare IT systems and documentation
