What Youll Do
Deliver expert nursing care to ICU patients following institutional protocols
Monitor and assess patient conditions continuously
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions accurately
Document care and patient responses efficiently in Epic
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
Educate patients and families, considering individual needs and comprehension
Ensure safety and privacy standards are maintained at all times
What You Need
Current Louisiana RN license
BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
CPI certification (Blue Card) required
2+ years of ICU nursing experience
Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
