What You'll Do
  • Provide advanced nursing care to ICU patients, utilizing current clinical protocols and documentation standards
  • Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to emergencies in the ICU setting
  • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as per physician orders and patient needs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and post-discharge instructions
  • Document all patient interactions accurately within EPIC or other electronic health records
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and infection control policies
What You Need
Required:
  • Valid RN license in Mississippi
  • 2+ years of ICU experience
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and CPI certifications
  • Experience with EPIC documentation system
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Preferred:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
  • Experience in a fast-paced ICU environment
  • Certification in a clinical specialty
