What You’ll Do:

• Deliver specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor hemodynamic status

• Administer medications, treatments, and life-saving interventions

• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care

• Respond quickly and effectively to changes in patient condition

What You’ll Bring:

• Active California RN license

• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience or completion of an approved ICU training course

• BLS and ACLS certifications required

• PALS certification required within 6 months of hire

• Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient care skills
