What You’ll Do:
Deliver specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor hemodynamic status
Administer medications, treatments, and life-saving interventions
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care
Respond quickly and effectively to changes in patient condition
What You’ll Bring:
Active California RN license
Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience or completion of an approved ICU training course
BLS and ACLS certifications required
PALS certification required within 6 months of hire
Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient care skills
