Job Description
Job Title: RN - ICU
Location: NYC, NY
Duration: 3 months Contract
Schedule: 7:00P - 7:30A ( EOW + 4th shift per month)
Hourly rate: $58/ hour on W2 Negotiable
- Must Have: BSN
- Must Have: Neuro Surgical ICU experience
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of RN experience
- Critical Care/Tele: 2 years required
- License: Active NYS RN License
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS
- EMR: EPIC experience
- Unit Census: Average 8 patients
- Staffing Ratio: 1 RN : 2 patients
- Key Responsibilities: Patient care, assessment, care planning, medication administration, patient/family education, interdisciplinary collaboration, safety, quality improvement, documentation, and patient throughput
- Leadership: Charge nurse duties may be assigned
- Practice Model: Modified Primary Nursing / Relationship-Centered Care
