Registered Nurse - ICU / Emergency Department Float Pool (Night Shift)
A respected, mission-driven healthcare system in the Pacific Northwest is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the ICU/ED Float Pool on the night shift at a regional medical center in Everett, Washington. This role is ideal for nurses who enjoy variety, adaptability, and supporting multiple departments while delivering high-quality patient care.
Float pool nurses are essential to maintaining excellent care across acute care units by providing support during staffing fluctuations. In this role, you may assist in several clinical environments including emergency department overflow areas, step-down units, telemetry floors, behavioral health units, long-term care areas, and other acute care departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients across multiple hospital departments

Required Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Active Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) license (required upon hire)
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association (required upon hire)
  • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • National specialty certification (if applicable to clinical area)
