Job Title: RN - ICU

Job Summary:
Provides specialized critical care nursing to patients with serious, complex, or life-threatening medical conditions. Performs continuous monitoring, manages advanced treatments and therapies, and collaborates with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide safe and effective patient care.

Education & Experience:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.

• 1–2 years of ICU or critical care nursing experience preferred.

• Experience caring for critically ill patients and managing complex treatments is preferred.

Licenses & Certifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.

• BLS certification required.

• ACLS certification required.

• CCRN certification preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive assessments and continuously monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, respiratory status, and other critical parameters.

• Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and other prescribed critical care treatments.

• Manage and monitor ventilators, invasive lines, drains, and other critical care equipment.

• Recognize and respond promptly to changes in patient condition and medical emergencies.

• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.

• Provide patient and family education and support when appropriate.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow infection control, patient safety, and critical care standards.
