RN - ICU

RN – ICU (Contract)

Location: California 95240
Pay Rate: $1,987 – $2,230
Schedule: Variable Day/Night Shifts, 3x12s

• 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  Additional: Every other weekend, holidays, and 2 on-call shifts per 4-week period

Position Summary & Responsibilities

• Provide critical care to ICU patients across all age groups

• Perform assessments, monitor patient status, and implement care plans

• Administer treatments and assist with critical care procedures

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes

Requirements

• Active RN License (State of California): Required

• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS (AHA/RQI required)

• Basic Coronary Care within 6 months; CPI within 90 days

• Strong critical care experience and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and computer/EMR skills

Additional Information

• Variable scheduling (days/nights) based on unit needs

• Must be comfortable working weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts

• Experience with EMR systems and Microsoft Office preferred

• Must comply with all organizational health and safety requirements
