Location: Arizona 85306
Pay Rate: $1,987 – $2,230
Schedule: Days, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM, 3x12 shifts per week
Additional: Weekend and holiday rotation; possible call and float to support units
Provide high-quality ICU nursing care to critically ill patients
Monitor, assess, and document patient status; implement care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team; float and provide coverage as needed
Participate in weekend, holiday, and on-call rotations
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona required
ICU nursing experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills
Ability to work long shifts, weekends, holidays, and float to other units
