What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality nursing care tailored to ICU patients
• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans
• Use the Nursing Process to deliver safe, effective care
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team
• Manage and delegate nursing resources efficiently
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols
• Document using EPIC electronic health records accurately
• Respond quickly to emergency situations and stabilize patients

What You Need
Required:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in Louisiana
• Minimum 2 years ICU experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, CPI certifications
• Proficiency in EPIC documentation
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or higher
• Additional certifications in specialty areas
• Experience in a similar fast-paced ICU environment
