Job Summary
Provides safe, compassionate, and high-quality patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Collaborates with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care, educate patients and families, and support positive clinical outcomes.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience
BLS and ACLS certifications through AHA required
Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced critical care environment
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in a Level II Trauma facility
