What You’ll Do

• Provide expert nursing care in the ICU setting for diverse patient populations
• Assess patient needs and adapt care plans accordingly
• Utilize the nursing process to evaluate and deliver optimal patient outcomes
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Document care accurately within Epic electronic health records
• Lead and delegate team resources to ensure high standards of care
• Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and treatments
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and compliance standards at all times

What You Need
Required:

• Current RN license in Louisiana
• BLS, ACLS from the American Heart Association
• CPI certification (12-month blue card)
• Minimum 2 years of ICU RN experience
• Strong communication and judgment skills

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• Experience with Epic documentation or similar EHR systems
• Additional clinical certifications in specialty areas
