What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality care to ICU patients, adapting interventions to meet individual needs
• Use the nursing process for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families about treatments and care plans
• Manage and delegate nursing team resources effectively
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records (EPIC experience preferred)
• Follow safety protocols, including infection control and handling communicable materials

What You Need

• Current RN license in Louisiana
• Minimum of 2 years ICU RN experience
• Valid BLS, ACLS, and CPI certifications
• Strong communication, judgment, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Efficient computer skills and proficiency in healthcare software
