What Youll Do:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to ICU patients in a fast-paced environment
- Assess patient needs and implement individualized care plans using the nursing process
- Monitor patient status and respond quickly to changes in condition
- Document patient information accurately using Epic or other electronic health record systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans and post-discharge care
- Maintain safety standards and adhere to all healthcare regulations and protocols
What You Need:
- Required: Current RN license in the state of practice, BLS, ACLS, NIH certification
- Preferred: Bachelors degree in nursing, additional clinical specialty certification
- Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience, Epic documentation skills
- Strong communication, judgment, and interpersonal skills
