Location: California 90033
Pay: $1,987 – $2,230/week
Shift: Night Shift, 12-hour shifts (36 hours/week)
Provide critical care nursing to ICU patients using the nursing process and established standards
Coordinate care, supervise support staff, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Apply clinical judgment to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Administer medications and critical care treatments
Monitor patient status and respond to changes
Collaborate with care team and educate patients/families
Delegate tasks and support team coordination
Education: BSN – Preferred
Experience: Acute care/ICU experience – Preferred
Licensure/Certifications:
Active California RN License – Required
BLS Certification – Required
ACLS Certification – Required
Hospital Fire & Life Safety (HLFS) – Required
Cerner experience – Required
Float Pool position (must clock into assigned unit)
Maximum 3 days RTO
Must meet vaccination requirements per organizational policy
