Local: $2,150 – $2,200/week
Traveler: $2,200 – $2,300/week

Position Overview
We are seeking an ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients, monitor complex conditions, and collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Required Qualifications
Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program.
Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
ACLS certification required.
Previous ICU/critical care nursing experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of critical care nursing practices and patient safety.
Ability to assess, monitor, and respond to changes in critically ill patients.
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and provide compassionate patient care.
Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and continuously monitor vital signs and clinical status.
Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and other treatments as ordered.
Monitor and manage patients requiring cardiac, respiratory, and hemodynamic support.
Recognize and respond promptly to changes in patient condition and clinical emergencies.
Operate and monitor critical care equipment, including cardiac monitors, infusion pumps, and ventilators as applicable.
Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other members of the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR.
Follow infection-control, patient-safety, and hospital policies and procedures.
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and patient care when appropriate.
Assist with procedures and interventions performed in the ICU.
Participate in handoffs, multidisciplinary rounds, and care coordination.
Provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care.
