Our facility is renowned for its expertise in procedures such as PTCA, stent placements, TAVR, MitraClip, and bi-ventricular pacemakers, along with the management of patients suffering from congestive heart failure and conducting electrophysiology studies. Our unit has received accolades for its exemplary performance and unwavering commitment to achieving optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Employ clinical judgment to assess and address patient responses to actual or potential health issues.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding care to cardiovascular patients.
• Engage in national clinical trials overseen by our research department.
• Adhere to strict attendance policies to ensure continuity of patient care.

Qualifications:

• Valid Michigan RN license is mandatory.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in an ICU environment is required.
• Willingness to float to similar units as needed.
• Preferred experience includes Neuro, CVICU, Trauma, ventilator management, CRRT, and Balloon Pumps.
• Completion of a skills checklist within one year of application is necessary.

Working Conditions:

This position involves travel and may require flexibility in scheduling to meet the needs of the unit.
