What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive ICU patient care adhering to hospital protocols and standards
• Utilize the Nursing Process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Monitor and interpret patient vital signs and critical data
• Administer medications and treatments accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families about care plans and health management
• Maintain documentation in Epic and other relevant electronic health records
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols in a high-acuity environment

What You Need
Required:

• Current RN license in Florida
• Minimum 2 years ICU experience with Epic documentation proficiency
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, CPI (or willing to obtain)
• Ability to perform physical demands associated with ICU nursing

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or higher
• Experience in a high-volume ICU setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
