RN - ICU

Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU (Contract)

Location: California 93274
Pay: $2,059 – $2,311/week
Schedule: Night Shift, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (12-hour shifts)
Hours: 36–48 hours per week
Coverage: Rotating weekends and holidays required
Additional: Auto-offer; potential float to ER or other departments

Position Summary & Responsibilities

• Provide direct ICU patient care using the nursing process

• Monitor, assess, and manage critically ill patients, including ventilated patients and those on IV drips

• Administer medications and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team

• Delegate tasks, document care, and communicate effectively using established protocols

• Support patient/family education, discharge planning, and float to other units as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

• Acute care or ICU experience preferred

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California (Required)

• BLS certification (Required)

• ACLS certification (Required)

Additional Requirements

• Cerner experience preferred (not required)

• Ability to work rotating weekends/holidays and in a fast-paced critical care setting

• Must comply with facility vaccination and health requirements
